[P]rehab’s mission

Redefine how physical therapy is accessed.

We empower people to take control of their health so they can enjoy a pain-free life. Prehab is a proactive approach to movement, education, and recovery before pain becomes the limiting factor.

The Prehab team

What is [P]rehab?

A proactive model for taking care of your body.

Traditional physical therapy often starts after pain or injury occurs. Prehab takes a proactive approach, helping you improve strength, mobility, and confidence so you can stay ahead of common issues.

Short for preventive rehab, Prehab adapts rehabilitation and sports medicine principles into clear education and programming you can use independently.

How it started

Built from a frustration with reactive healthcare.

After meeting in physical therapy school in 2015, the founding team saw how often people were left waiting for care until symptoms were already disrupting daily life. Prehab grew out of a simple idea: trusted guidance should be easier to access before things break down.

We believe that

Better education changes how people care for themselves.

Everyone should have access to information and tools that support a healthier life.

Taking control of your health should be simple, not limited by time, cost, or lack of trusted guidance.

A proactive approach is more effective and sustainable than waiting for pain or injury to take over.

What we do

We remove common barriers to physical therapy education.

Who we are

A global team united by a mission to make movement health more accessible. Each clinical team member holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with many also certified in strength and conditioning.

What we do

[P]rehab helps people relieve pain, improve mobility, prevent common injuries, and build consistency without insurance friction, high costs, or confusing advice.

How we do it

We pair educational content with the Exercise Library for clinicians and the Prehab app for people looking for structured programs at home.
