What you work through

  1. Week 1

That’s why this week you will focus on building up the foundational components needed for safe upper extremity and lower extremity body strength. And trust us, this foundational work will get your heart rate up. Let’s get started!

    This week, you’ll continue to build on that foundational strength with focus on full body mobility as well. It’s important to build strength on a body that is moving through an appropriate range of motion, so what are you waiting for? Let’s get after it!

  1. Week 3

    We promised you a full body workout and that is what you will get! This week, let’s get after some great full body exercises and put that foundational strength to the test!

  2. Week 4

    You’re doing it! And your mobility and foundational strength is looking great! This week, let’s appreciate how far you have come and keep the momentum going with continued focus on building a strong foundation. This is where injury prevention happens, let’s get after it!
